"I was fortunate to find my "Dream Car" a BMW 640i Convertible at Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria. My wife and I spotted the car shortly after arriving at the dealership. While I looked over the exterior, my wife went looking for a sales representative. She found Boyd Whiten, who's speciality was new sales & leasing. However, Boyd immediately made us his priority. He obtained the keys and we were off on the test drive. During the test drive, I asked some specific questions about the history of the car, warranties and the purchase process. Boyd wasn't very familiar with that specific car but he took note of all my questions.
After returning to the Dealership, I informed him that I had just started my search but was really interested in the 6 Series. There was no pressure from Boyd to seal the deal that day. He gave me is cellular number and he took mine. Two days later, I sent Boyd a text stating that I wanted to purchase the car. He immediately went to work preparing the car for purchase, keeping us advised of the progress and confirming the responses to all my questions.
Boyd was extremely helpful, professional and courteous throughout the entire purchase process. By the end of the process, my wife and I felt that we had made a new family friend."
